How can you help support wildlife conservation around the world? Easy! Exclusive and non-exclusive licenses for all of the media showcased in the galleries above are available to be purchased. 100% of the funds received from these purchases is then donated to a very special conservation initiative. If you arrived here from our YouTube Channel please help us to continue making freely-available beautiful visual imagery of the world's wildlife by donating using the button below.
Many of the most biodiverse regions in the world suffer from the simple fact that they are often within impoverished, Third World countries. These countries lack the funds to properly disseminate their conservation initiatives to the world. The most successful way to draw people into these conservation issues is through visual imagery. No one seems to care about these animals and their plight unless they are able to see them up close. That's where wildlife photographers and filmmakers like me come in.
I have travelled the world and visited many impoverished areas in order to volunteer my experience and expertise as a biologist and professional photographer. I fund these expeditions entirely through my photography. Here's where my special conservation initiative fits in: all of my photography is donated free of charge to grassroots organizations that are trying to get their message out there! That way, when these organizations wish to appeal to donors and make their voice heard, they have the necessary imagery to do so. My work is featured on websites and other digital media, in books, pamphlets, and species ID charts, and in newspaper and magazine articles. Trust me, when it comes to wildlife conservation and getting the world's interest, a picture is truly worth a thousand words.
And it all starts with my photography and videography. Please consider purchasing visual imagery featured on this website so that I may continue to donate media where it is needed most. Links to my stock collections are listed in the galleries above. You will be able to search my libraries at those links and can then contact me directly for special pricing.
As a final thought, you may notice my photographic preferences are often focused on the traditionally 'unloved' creatures of this world (reptiles and amphibians). This is entirely because these groups are some of the most at risk in the world. Sure, everyone loves a cuddly panda, but I hope to be able to capture the beauty of these other critters so that the world can love them, too! I truly hope I succeed as their champion. Please give them a chance...
Thanks very much for your support!
